1. **Orders**:

  - Processing and shipping times vary: 2 to 10 business days for regular orders within the USA, and up to 50 business days for custom and made-to-order items within the USA. For international orders, the processing and shipping time is up to 60 business days, with potential customs delays. Please note that these times are specific to different types of orders and destinations, so customers should be aware of these timelines when placing their orders.

  - Orders that require Second Day Shipping must be received by 1:00 PM EST.

  - Orders placed on weeknights or weekends are processed the next business day.

  - These promotions are for USA orders with ground shipping.

  - Returns require valid authorization, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping fees.


14. **No Returns On**:

  - Seasonal items, holiday decor, clearance items, special orders, or items that are not resalable or appear used are not eligible for returns.


15. **International & Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other US Territories**:

  - Additional shipping charges apply to orders from these locations.

  - Next Day Air may not be available.

  - Shipping and handling fees are estimated.
